If you don’t have ginger, feel free to leave it out. You can use plain yogurt if you want to cut down on sugar. If you want to add more protein, feel free to add a scoop of vanilla protein powder! You can also use Greek yogurt in place of regular yogurt for even more protein. Ginger– Freshly grated ginger adds a spicy flavor.I like using Icelandic style yogurt which is high in protein and lower in sugar. Vanilla yogurt– A little yogurt adds sweetness as well as protein.Ice– A little ice creates the frozen texture.Apple cider vinegar– As I mentioned, apple cider vinegar can help with digestion and blood sugar balance.Orange juice– This adds sweetness and helps balance the flavor.Banana– For a thicker smoothie, I recommend freezing the banana in advance.That’s why adding a splash to this smoothie is a great way to consume it! When it comes to smoothies, the presentation rules em’all. The layer of strawberry on apple milkshake can make anyone crave for this beauty. Who wouldn’t fall for this delicious treat.
